Data Retention Period
Jacpot does not keep your data indefinitely. Each type of information has a defined retention period.
All data is retained for as long as your account remains active. After an account is closed, personally identifiable information is deleted within 6 months. However, transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years for legal and regulatory compliance. Original KYC documents are not kept after verification – only a confirmation record of the verification is stored.
Gaming history (which games you played and when) may be retained for up to 1 year after account closure — primarily in case any disputes need to be investigated during that period. After that, all data is permanently deleted.
