1Introduction & Definitions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Jacpot (jacpot.asia) and its users ("you" or "player"). Jacpot is an online gaming platform offering slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and other games.

- "Jacpot" – The company operating the jacpot.asia website and its app.

6Prohibited Activities

- Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or playing with the sole intention of withdrawing bonuses without genuine gameplay.
- Money Laundering: Using Jacpot for the purpose of money laundering.
- Fraudulent Activity: Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or any other technical advantage.
- Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account.
- Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to unlawfully access Jacpot's servers or another player's account.
- System Error Exploitation: Knowingly exploiting a bug or technical error to obtain abnormal payouts.
If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances – both real and bonus – may be forfeited. In serious cases, Jacpot also reserves the right to pursue legal action.
7Responsible Gaming Policy
Jacpot believes gaming should be a source of entertainment. When it becomes a compulsion, that's a problem. That's why we've built a set of tools you can use on your own terms.
- Daily Betting Limit: Set your own daily betting limit. Once configured, it cannot be increased for at least 24 hours.
- Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for how long you want to play in one session. You'll receive an automatic reminder when your time is up.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gaming for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. You will not be able to log in to your account during this period.

9Account Suspension & Closure
Jacpot may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

- If false or inconsistent information is found during KYC verification.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (2 years or more).
- If you wish to close your account at your own request.
- When a self-exclusion request is made for responsible gaming reasons.
If an account is closed, the real money balance (excluding bonus balance) will be refunded, provided the closure is not due to a breach of terms. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Inactive Accounts: If there is no login or transaction activity for 12 months, the account will be marked as "inactive". After that, a small monthly maintenance fee may be deducted as long as a balance remains.
10Terms Modification Policy
Jacpot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. However, we commit to giving advance notice of any significant changes.
- For major changes, you will be notified by email or app notification at least 7 days in advance.
- Minor corrections (fixing errors, clarifications) may take effect immediately.

One of the most common points of confusion among players is the difference between bonus balance and real balance. If you deposit ৳500 and receive a ৳500 bonus, the ৳500 real money can be withdrawn at any time. However, to withdraw the ৳500 bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirements.
